Cotswold tours during the Olympic and Paralympic weeks.
For July, August and September we offer 3 or 4 day visits to the "Real England" the Cotswolds with experienced driver guidance, quality 4 star accommodation in a Cotswold town with all entrances included.

3 night 4 day – weekend tour
Friday Day 1
Take a train or coach to Oxford the city of the Dreaming spires. We will collect you in private transport and tour the city, Tour the city before driving to home of the Duke of Marlborough - Blenheim Palace. A magnificent stately home where Winston Churchill was born. We drive through the Cotswold Hills to the ancient Saxon town of Winchcombe. We stay here for the 3 nights at the 4 star bed & breakfast accommodation in a 15th C house and enjoying the full country flavour of the "Real England". Quality restaurants and traditional pubs provide superb evening entertainment.
Saturday Day 2
This has been designated as an area of outstanding beauty. Step back in time a we tour the ancient villages of the Cotswolds Hills. An area of oolitic limestone with stone cottages, patchwork quilt fields,dry stone walls and magnificent gardens. Only by driving with a local guide will you find those unseen places that only the local people know and many visitors miss.
Sunday Day 3
We drive to Stratford upon Avon to the home of the great bard William Shakespeare. We will visit Ann Hathaway's Cottage home of this wife and where William would go courting. After touring the town viewing where he was born and is buried we move on the to finest medieval Castle in England - Warwick Castle.
Monday Day 4
We return to Oxford or extend your vacation here in the Cotswolds or continue your travels.
Price includes all entrances accommodation guidance and transport from Oxford and return.

Monday Day 1
Pick up in Oxford. To Blenheim Palace. To Winchcombe.
Tuesday Day 2
Tour of the Cotswolds villages
Wednesday Day 3
Stratford & Warwick Castle.
Thursday Day 4
The City of Bath and the beautiful countryside which surrounds it has been described as one of England's most beautiful places to visit. We drive to the Roman Baths where the hot water springs come to the surface and where the Romans created their temple in the 3rd century. Later the Georgians made this their playground where Jane Austen and others enjoyed the finery of the 18thC social scene. A tour of the city brings that period to life before driving on to the world heritage site of Stonehenge. The world famous standing stones of pre-historic man have amazed visitors for centuries. Gaze on the site with wonder as we learn how the stone circle was created 5,000 years ago.
Friday - We return to Oxford or you may extend your visit.
